These terms cover the engagement you approve on this page.

• Scope. The objective, the deliverables and the sessions are those described above. Work outside them is agreed and quoted before it starts.
• Payment. The deposit shown on this page is paid on approval. The balance, or each instalment, follows as set out above.
• Sessions. Sessions are booked by agreement. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice counts as held, and I will always try to reschedule first.
• Your part. The work depends on information, access and decisions from you. Time lost waiting moves the dates.
• What is promised. I bring the method, the analysis and the recommendations. No particular commercial result is promised, because the outcome depends on what you do with them.
• Confidentiality. What you share stays confidential, and I will not name you as a client without your permission.
• Cancellation and refunds. Either of us may end the engagement in writing. You are charged for work already done, and anything paid for and not yet delivered is refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
