The payment plan you invoice by hand every month

Programme, price and agreement in one link. Your client approves, then pays in full on the page or saves a card for an instalment plan that charges itself.

The problem

Sound familiar?

They compare you to a $97 course

Your programme is calls, check-ins and a plan built around their business. The prospect found a course that 'covers the same stuff' for $97. Without the programme laid out piece by piece, your price looks like a number you picked.

A bounced instalment you notice a fortnight late

The client chose instalments. Now you raise a fresh invoice every month, notice the bounced one a fortnight late, and chase it between sessions.

The yes that never becomes a payment

Three calls in, the prospect says yes. Then the invoice sits unopened for a week, the start date slides, and you weigh following up against looking desperate.

The solution

How VytDeal helps

1

Pay in full or a plan, side by side

Offer one package paid in full at approval, with the deposit set to full payment, and beside it a package that recurs weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Many coaches price the plan above the pay-in-full figure. A group programme can sit as a third package.

2

Instalments that charge themselves

The client approves once and saves a card or bank debit. A plan that is the whole package takes its first instalment at approval and the rest at your cadence; put a kickoff session in front as a one-off and the plan waits for you. It runs until you cancel it at the period end after the last instalment.

3

Your agreement and refund policy in the record

Your coaching agreement sits in the deal's terms, and the approval record carries it in full. Many coaches state partial or pro rata refunds rather than a blanket no: under Australian consumer law a client can cancel on a major failure and be refunded for the part not delivered, with nothing for a change of mind.

4

What the client sees before they pay

The whole programme, laid out: call cadence, length, check-ins, what is included. No account to create. The invoice is created at approval with GST as its own line, and a sponsor paying for someone else's coaching can pay by bank transfer if you offer it.

How it works

Three steps to getting paid

1

Build the programme page

Add the programme as a package paid in full and as a plan that recurs, with the cadence, the length and your agreement in the terms. Set a date the offer expires on.

2

Send it after the discovery call

One link in the follow-up email instead of a deck. The prospect reads it in their own time, and you can see whether they have.

3

Approval, then the first charge

They approve. Pay in full is paid on the page at once. A plan saves their card and takes the first instalment there, unless a kickoff one-off sits in front, in which case it waits for you to start it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does one approval start automatic instalments at my cadence?

Yes. Pick weekly, fortnightly or monthly on the package. The client approves once and saves a card or bank debit; the first instalment is taken at approval and each later one follows at that cadence. If the programme starts later, put the kickoff in front as a one-off.

Can pay in full and a payment plan sit on the same page?

Yes. One package with full payment at approval, another that recurs, and the client picks. Price the plan higher if that is how you work.

What happens if an instalment fails?

The client can update their card through a Stripe portal link emailed to them. You can cancel the plan at the end of the period or immediately. What your agreement says about a missed instalment is part of what they accepted, so point to it. There is no pause: cancel at the period end and send a new page when they return.

Does my coaching agreement bind when the client approves?

Its terms do, once they sit on the page: the reschedule window, forfeited sessions, what a missed instalment means, your refund policy. The client ticks them to approve and the dated record keeps them in full, which is the financial arrangement the ICF code asks you to settle first. A code emailed to the client at approval, if you require one, ties the yes to their address. No legal advice from VytDeal, and the record is not a contract or an e-signature; the agreement remains yours.

Can clients book sessions through it?

No. VytDeal carries the proposal, the invoice and the payment, and leaves scheduling to whatever you already use, such as Calendly. Send the booking link once the first payment lands.
