Exclusive use of our venue for a seated wedding reception or a milestone celebration, with our own kitchen and bar team. Each package is priced per guest and includes the room, the menu, the beverage package for the hours shown, our staff, and the tables and chairs. The price shown is for the package's minimum guest count, and the total follows your final numbers.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

20% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance and a $1,000 bond are due 14 days before.
Final numbers. Fixed 14 days before; then guests may rise at the per guest price, within capacity and the fire limit, never fall, nor below the package minimum.
Hours. Six hours from your ceremony start, setup and bump in from 2 hours before, music off at the 11pm curfew, bump out by 11:30pm. Extra time before it is $10 per guest per hour, if you ask.
Drinks. We serve responsibly, may refuse anyone intoxicated or disorderly, and never serve anyone under 18. No outside food or drink unless approved.
Suppliers. From our list or approved in writing; no outside caterers. They send set up details 14 days before and carry their own public liability cover.
Care of the venue. We carry public liability cover; you answer for guests and suppliers. Damage at repair or replacement cost and extra cleaning at $60 per hour come, itemised, from the bond, the rest returned within 14 days of inspection.
Weather. For an outdoor ceremony we decide on safety by noon the day before; it moves inside free, price unchanged.
House rules. Blu Tack only; no tape, nails, staples or naked flames; confetti, glitter or petals add $200 cleaning. Bands and DJs need approval.
Parking and access. Parking: free on site. Step free access: yes, all ground floor.
Pricing. Prices include GST where it applies. Public holidays add 10 percent to the bill, replacing a Sunday rate shown with its days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if we are free, less costs bought at cost, a dearer night at its rate; else the scale runs from your request.
If we cannot host. If for any reason we cannot host: a comparable space you approve, or a full refund.
Cancellation. In writing; we keep only the real loss. With 90 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 14 to 89 days, we keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 14 days we keep the price less refill and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
