A private dining room in our restaurant or bar for a birthday, an engagement dinner, a farewell or a team night. Instead of a room hire fee, each package sets a minimum spend on food and drinks for a set block of time; once your guests reach it, the room costs nothing more. The price shown is the minimum spend, and each package names its hours, its menu and its price per guest. It is one room, seating up to 40 or 60 standing, and each package sets how many it is laid for.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

15% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

Minimum spend. The deposit holds your date and counts toward it; the rest is paid 14 days before; spend above it is settled on the night. A shortfall is kept as room hire, nothing more.
Final numbers. Fixed 7 days before; then guests may rise at the per guest price, within capacity and the fire limit, never fall.
Hours. Setup and bump in from 30 minutes before your start; bump out by close, 12:30am at the latest. Extra hours, if asked, as shown.
Drinks. We serve responsibly, may refuse anyone intoxicated or disorderly, and never serve anyone under 18. Your own wine, if agreed, is $15 corkage per bottle; no other outside food or drink.
Care of the venue. We carry public liability cover; you answer for guests and suppliers. Damage at repair or replacement cost and extra cleaning at $60 per hour come off a $300 card hold taken on the night, released within 7 days, less anything itemised at cost and shown to you first.
House rules. Blu Tack only; no tape, nails, staples or naked flames; confetti, glitter or petals add $200 cleaning. Bands and DJs need approval; music stops at your finish time.
Parking and access. Parking: street parking nearby. Step free access: yes, with a lift to the room.
Pricing. Prices include GST where it applies. Public holidays add 10 percent to the bill, replacing a Sunday rate shown with its days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if we are free, less costs bought at cost, a dearer night at its rate; else the scale runs from your request.
If we cannot host. If for any reason we cannot host: a comparable space you approve, or a full refund.
Cancellation. In writing; we keep only the real loss. With 21 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 7 to 20 days, we keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days we keep the price less refill and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
