Exclusive use of our farm or property for a wedding, a milestone celebration or a family gathering, with the grounds, the event space and the furniture yours for the hire period. The weekend packages include accommodation, so you and your guests can stay on. You bring your own caterer and drinks, or choose from our suppliers list, and the price is for the whole site, not per guest.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance and a $1,000 bond are due 14 days before.
Final numbers. Fixed 14 days before; they set the layout and staff, not the price, and may rise only within capacity and the fire limit.
Hours. Setup, bump in and bump out sit inside the times shown. Extra time you ask for is $250 per hour.
Drinks. Your own alcohol given free needs no licence; selling it, even by ticket, needs one, which is yours. Never serve anyone under 18. We may stop service and ask an intoxicated or disorderly guest to leave.
Suppliers. Caterers and others: from our list or approved in writing. They send set up details 14 days before and carry their own public liability cover.
Care of the venue. We carry public liability cover; you answer for guests and suppliers. Damage at repair or replacement cost and extra cleaning at $60 per hour come, itemised, from the bond, the rest returned within 14 days of inspection.
Weather. We decide on safety by noon two days before; outdoor plans move into the event space within its capacity, and the price stands.
House rules. Blu Tack only; no tape, nails, staples or naked flames; confetti, glitter or petals add $200 cleaning. Bands and DJs need approval; music stops at 11pm.
Parking and access. Parking: free on site. Step free access: yes, to the event space.
Pricing. Prices include GST where it applies. Public holidays add 10 percent to the bill, replacing a Sunday rate shown with its days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if we are free, less costs bought at cost, a dearer night at its rate; else the scale runs from your request.
If we cannot host. If for any reason we cannot host: a comparable space you approve, or a full refund.
Cancellation. In writing; we keep only the real loss. With 90 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 14 to 89 days, we keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 14 days we keep the price less refill and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
