The page your client opens
The whole thing, liveNot a screenshot. This is the real client page running on an invented deal. Pick a package and press approve to see what your client would see; nothing is sent or charged.
Deposit, then balance
How it gets paid30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.
Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.
Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.
What approving the page records
The starting termsThese sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.
These terms cover this order.
- The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 28 days before.
- Delivery and pack down. Moving ceremony pieces to the reception is $360. Venues beyond 45 minutes add $300. Pack down after 11pm adds $250, a next morning collection $150.
- Changes. Welcome until 28 days before, then fixed, though the table count may grow. Inside 90 days the total may drop 10 percent; a bigger cut follows the scale on that part's price.
- Hired pieces. Where a package includes hired frames, plinths or vases, I collect them at pack down. A $300 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first.
- Season, colour and heat. Photos are a guide; flowers vary. A flower swapped for season or quality keeps your colours and look, of equal or greater value; if the change shows, I tell you first and you choose from my options. Wilting after delivery from heat, weather, sun or venue conditions is outside my control; faulty work I put right.
- Venue. Get venue permission for hanging pieces, candles and stakes and confirm access times; refused or unsafe access leaves the flowers there.
- GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Peak rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
- Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less flowers bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
- If I cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, all paid is refunded, unless you accept a florist of equal standing I offer.
- Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 90 days notice or more, all is refunded less design time at $90 an hour, hours shown, up to the deposit. With 7 to 89 days, I keep that design time plus anything already bought or made for your order, shown, up to the deposit; the rest comes back. Under 7 days I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, such as flowers not yet bought, labour, delivery and hire, never more than the payments due.
Approving this page records that you accepted this scope, this price and these terms.
Starting terms, not legal advice. Read them, change what does not match how you work, and have a lawyer look at them if the work is large enough to warrant it. Your own default terms in Settings replace these automatically.
