Each tier states how many serves it gives and at what portion size. We agree the theme, colours and flavour from photos, and the cake is baked fresh for the party, ready to collect or delivered.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds the date; the balance is due 7 days before. Food registration on request.
Lead time. Orders need 14 days; one made 7 to 13 days out is taken where I can; under 7 days, where I can, adds $10.
Final numbers. Serves are fixed 7 days before, then may rise at the tier's serve price, not fall. A coffee portion is 1 x 1 inch, a dessert portion 1 x 2 inches.
Design. Fixed 7 days before; later changes, where possible, $60 per hour, shown first. Handmade work never copies a photo exactly.
Allergens. Unless shown otherwise, my kitchen handles gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy; traces may occur. Tell me allergies in writing. Gluten free, nut free or vegan adds $1 per serve.
Toppers and supports. Wired figurines, candles, toppers and dowels are not food; remove before serving.
Handover. Someone must receive it, and we record by photo or signature the time, place, condition and receiver; faults before handover are mine, after it, yours or the venue's.
Storage. Keep it cool, out of sun and hot cars, displayed up to 90 minutes in air conditioning; fondant stays unrefrigerated. Venue cool storage is yours.
Delivery. Collected, or delivered within 20 km for $40. Further is $1 per km each way.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days and replace weekend rates, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less ingredients bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, I offer a maker of equal standing for your approval, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 14 days notice or more, all is refunded less design time at $60 per hour, hours shown, up to the deposit. With 7 to 13 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days I keep the price less refill earnings and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
