I play you down the aisle, through the signing and out again, then set the mood while your guests mingle. Each package sets the playing hours, and the longest carries on into the early reception. My own sound system and a microphone for your celebrant are included.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

20% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

Deposit holds the date; balance due 7 days before.

Hours. Setup, about an hour before, and pack down never count in the playing hours. Overtime is $100 per hour, in 30 minute blocks, agreed before it starts.
Power. I need one outlet within 10 metres, or a battery system is quoted first.
Venue. Before booking, send the venue's sound level, finish time, power and load in access. Music cut by its limiter or curfew is no fault, provided I keep to the level and finish time you pass on. Licences are the venue's or organiser's; a private home needs none.
Outdoors. Outdoor sets need a covered, dry, level, powered space. If there is none, or rain reaches the gear, the set moves inside; if it cannot, the rest of the booking runs and only the hours not played are refunded.
Meals and parking. On 3 hours or more, I need a meal and water. Load in parking is yours, or repaid at cost.
Equipment. Guests damaging my gear pay replacement cost, or repair if less.
Songs. Aisle, signing and exit songs and any do not play list are due 14 days before; a song new to me needs 6 weeks notice.
Travel. Within 45 minutes of my base is included; further is quoted first.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday loadings show above with rate and days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot attend. If for any reason I cannot attend, I offer a performer of equal standing for you to approve; if you decline or none is arranged, all paid is refunded.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 60 days notice or more, all is refunded less planning time at $100 per hour, shown, up to the deposit. With 14 to 59 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 14 days, I keep the price less refill earnings and costs saved, such as hired gear, never more than the payments due.
