Each package sets the marquee size and about how many guests it seats at tables, with flooring, lighting and furniture added at the rates shown. We check your site before the booking is confirmed, so the marquee suits the ground, the access and anything buried beneath it.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before, or at booking inside that.
Final numbers. Final numbers of extras close 7 days before, then may rise, at the rates shown, not fall. Anything dropped earlier comes off the balance, or is refunded.
Hire and delivery. Erected the day before, packed down the day after; delivery is free within 30 km, then $2 per km. Stairs, lifts, carries over 20 metres, unwarned waits or work after 9pm add $75 an hour per crew member.
Your site. Before we confirm, name any buried cables, pipes or drains; hard surfaces need weights, quoted first. Permits are yours.
Weather. Weather may stop the build or bring it down partway, and guests leave when asked; then choose a free date move or all paid back less delivery charged and crew hours at the crew rate, shown. Walls stay closed in wind; no heaters or candles inside without approval.
Care and bond. Pieces are in your or your venue's care until collection. A $500 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first. Replacement cost is the item list value, repair if less; mess left inside is cleaned at the crew rate; wear never charged.
Substitution. An unavailable piece is swapped for an equal one, told first, or refunded if you decline.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if we are free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If we cannot deliver. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we offer an equal marquee from elsewhere you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; we keep only the real loss. With 30 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 7 to 29 days, we keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days, the price less refilling and costs saved, such as unbooked crew, never more than the payments due.
