Each package sets the number of place settings and what each one holds, with extra settings added at the rate shown, so the price follows your final numbers. Collect from our warehouse, or we drop off and pick up; you set up and pack down unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before, or at booking inside that.
Final numbers. Final numbers of settings close 7 days before, then may rise, at the rates shown, not fall. Anything dropped earlier comes off the balance, or is refunded.
Hire period. Hire runs 48 hours from pickup or drop off; each further 24 hours or part adds half the late items' price.
Pickup and delivery. Delivery within 15 km is $60, then $2 per km; setup by us is quoted first. Stairs, lifts, carries over 20 metres, unwarned waits or work after 9pm add $75 an hour per crew member.
Returns. Report faults within 24 hours of arrival or before your event, if sooner; after that, pieces count as sound. Tableware goes back scraped and boxed; linen and furniture dry.
Care and bond. Pieces are in your or your venue's care from delivery or pickup until return or collection. A $200 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first; the optional waiver, 10 percent of the hire price, replaces the bond and covers accidental damage, not loss. Replacement cost is the item list value, repair if less; extra cleaning $5 per item; wear never charged.
Substitution. An unavailable piece is swapped for an equal one, told first, or refunded if you decline.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if we are free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If we cannot deliver. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we offer equal pieces from elsewhere you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; we keep only the real loss. With 30 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 7 to 29 days, we keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days, the price less refilling and costs saved, such as undriven delivery, never more than the payments due.
