A balloon garland or backdrop for a birthday, a baby shower, an engagement or a brand pop up, built on site in your colours. Each package sets the length of garland and the frame, wall or numbers it is built around, and the price includes the install. Custom colours, foils and orbz are quoted first. Garlands last about a week indoors and about two days outdoors.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

50% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 7 days before, or at booking inside that.
Final numbers. Final numbers of metres and colours close 7 days before, then may rise, at the rates shown, not fall.
Delivery and removal. Delivery within 15 km is $60, then $2 per km. Removal is $175 if wanted; else you take balloons down and hired pieces go next day. Stairs, lifts, carries over 20 metres, unwarned waits or work after 9pm add $75 an hour per crew member.
Weather. Garlands suit indoors or still air; outdoor stands $50. If weather stops an outdoor install, it moves inside, or choose a free date move or all paid back less balloons bought, shown. After install, rain, sun or gusts over 40 km/h can burst balloons; faulty work I fix.
Venue. Get written venue approval for the install, helium and bump in and out times; refused access counts as cancelling that day.
Care and bond. Pieces are in your or your venue's care until collection. For hired pieces, a $200 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first. Replacement cost is the item list value, repair if less; extra cleaning $5 per item; wear never charged.
Substitution. An unavailable piece is swapped for an equal one, told first, or refunded if you decline.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, I offer an equal stylist you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 30 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 7 to 29 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days, the price less refilling and costs saved, such as balloons not yet bought, never more than the payments due.
