Each package is priced for a guest count and lists what every table receives, with each guest beyond it added at the rate shown, so the price follows your final numbers. I deliver, set up and pack down everything, and collect the next day where your venue allows, so nobody packs up at midnight.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before, or at booking inside that.
Final numbers. Final numbers of guests and tables close 14 days before, then may rise, at the rates shown, not fall.
Hire, delivery and setup. The hire runs from setup on your event day to collection the next morning, or that night if your venue asks. Delivery is free within 35 km, then $2 per km each way. Stairs, lifts, carries over 20 metres, unwarned waits or work after 9pm add $75 an hour per crew member.
Venue. Get written venue approval for the backdrop, candles and any fixings and bump in and out times; refused access counts as cancelling that day.
Care and bond. Pieces are in your or your venue's care until collection. A $200 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first. Replacement cost is the item list value, repair if less; extra cleaning $5 per item; wear never charged.
Substitution. An unavailable piece is swapped for an equal one, told first, or refunded if you decline.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, I offer an equal stylist you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 60 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 14 to 59 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 14 days, the price less refilling and costs saved, such as linen not yet ordered, never more than the payments due.
