Styling for your wedding ceremony, in a garden, on a beach or at your venue. Each package lists the chairs and pieces it includes, and I deliver, set up and pack down everything, so you arrive to a finished aisle. Extra chairs are added at the rate shown, so the package follows your guest count. We agree the colours and layout beforehand, and the arbour is styled to sit with your flowers.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before, or at booking inside that.
Final numbers. Final numbers of chairs and pieces close 14 days before, then may rise, at the rates shown, not fall.
Delivery and setup. The hire is your ceremony day: I set up in the two hours before and pack down after. Delivery is free within 35 km, then $2 per km each way. Stairs, lifts, carries over 20 metres, unwarned waits or work after 9pm add $75 an hour per crew member.
Venue and weather. Get written venue approval for the arbour and any fixings and bump in and out times; refused access counts as cancelling that day. Rain or gusts over 40 km/h put outdoor pieces under cover. If weather stops the install, choose a free date move or all paid back less delivery charged and setup time at the crew rate, shown.
Care and bond. Pieces are in your or your venue's care until collection. A $200 bond, held on your card with the final payment, is released within 14 days of collection, less loss or damage itemised at replacement cost and shown to you first. Replacement cost is the item list value, repair if less; extra cleaning $5 per item; wear never charged.
Substitution. An unavailable piece is swapped for an equal one, told first, or refunded if you decline.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, I offer an equal stylist you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 60 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 14 to 59 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 14 days, the price less refilling and costs saved, such as crew and fuel, never more than the payments due.
