A trial of your wedding look, four to eight weeks before the wedding, at my studio. We talk through your dress, your hair, your skin and the photos you love, then create one look, so you can see it, photograph it in daylight and change anything before the day. Each tier is for one person and one look; a second look can be added at the trial.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

50% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

These terms cover this booking.

The booking. The deposit holds your trial time, and the balance is paid at the trial. The trial price is its own and is not taken off the wedding price.
Your wedding date. A trial does not hold your wedding date; the wedding deposit does, paid within 7 days after the trial. If your date is taken before then and you decline another artist, the trial is refunded.
Final numbers. Final numbers do not apply to a single person booking; a cancellation follows the scale below.
Allergies. Tell me in writing of any allergy when you book; a free patch test is offered 48 hours before. Due care and skill are always owed.
Timing. Times are set in writing a week before, so the full time is yours. Someone late may get a shorter look, or extra time at $30 per 15 minutes, only if you ask. Please allow a table, chair and light.
Hygiene. Tools are cleaned between people. An infection, such as a cold sore, may mean a reduced service, charged for what is done.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Public holidays add 10 percent of the total; Christmas Eve and Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve and Day add 15 percent instead. Other loadings show above with rate and days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot attend. If for any reason I cannot attend, I offer an artist of equal standing for you to approve. If you decline or none is arranged, all paid is refunded.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 7 days notice or more, all is refunded, or the trial moves at no charge. With 2 to 6 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 2 days, I keep the price less what refilling earns and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
