We agree the look from photos of the outfit, and the finish is made to last the whole night. Group bookings come to you, so everyone is ready in one place.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

These terms cover this booking.

The booking. The deposit holds your time; the balance is due 7 days before. A visit to you has a $500 minimum spend before travel.
Final numbers. Final numbers are fixed 3 days before; after that the party may grow but not shrink, and a drop out is charged by the cancellation scale, for that person. Anyone dropped earlier comes off the balance, or is refunded.
Allergies. Tell me in writing of any allergy 7 days before; a free patch test is offered 48 hours before. Due care and skill are always owed.
Timing. Times are set in writing a week before, so all finish on time. Someone late may get a shorter look, or extra time at $30 per 15 minutes, only if you ask. Please allow a table, chair and light.
Hygiene. Tools are cleaned between people. An infection, such as a cold sore, may mean a reduced service, charged for what is done.
Early and late. A start before 7am adds $55 per artist each hour or part; a finish after 6:30pm adds $30 per artist.
Travel. Travel beyond 25 km of my base is $1 per km per artist. Parking is yours, or repaid at cost.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Public holidays add 10 percent of the total; Christmas Eve and Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve and Day add 15 percent instead. Other loadings show above with rate and days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot attend. If for any reason I cannot attend, I offer an artist of equal standing for you to approve. If you decline or none is arranged, all paid is refunded.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 14 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 3 to 13 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 3 days, I keep the price less what refilling earns and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
