Hair and makeup for a business event, such as a conference, a launch, an awards night or a staff photo day. I set up a station at your venue for touch ups between sessions, or work through your team before photos and speeches. Each tier states the artists and the hours, so you know exactly who is on site and for how long, and the invoice shows every line.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

30% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

These terms cover this booking.

The booking. The deposit holds your date; the balance, invoiced 14 days before, is paid by the day. Two hours minimum per artist.
Final numbers. Final numbers are fixed 7 days before; after that the party may grow but not shrink, and a drop out is charged by the cancellation scale, for that person. Anyone dropped earlier comes off the balance, or is refunded.
Allergies. Tell me in writing of any allergy 7 days before; a free patch test is offered 48 hours before. Due care and skill are always owed.
Timing. Times are set in writing a week before, each at a set time. Someone late may get a shorter look, or extra time at $150 per hour, only if you ask. Please allow a table, chair and light.
Hygiene. Tools are cleaned between people. An infection, such as a cold sore, may mean a reduced service, charged for what is done.
Early starts. A start before 7am adds $55 per artist each hour or part; before 4am is quoted first.
Travel. Travel beyond 25 km of my base is $1 per km per artist. Parking is yours, or repaid at cost.
GST and loadings. Prices are before GST; where I am registered, 10 percent GST is added on the invoice. Public holidays add 10 percent of the total; Christmas Eve and Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve and Day add 15 percent instead. Other loadings show above with rate and days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request.
If I cannot attend. If for any reason I cannot attend, I offer an artist of equal standing for you to approve. If you decline or none is arranged, all paid is refunded.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 30 days notice or more, all is refunded. With 7 to 29 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 7 days, I keep the price less what refilling earns and costs saved, never more than the payments due.
