An invitation designed to be sent by link or message, or shown on your event page, with no printing and no postage. You receive finished files sized for phones and screens, with your wording, your colours and your details, ready to send to as many guests as you like. Each package lists the pieces it includes and the revision rounds, and you sign off each file before it is final.

Deposit, then balance

How it gets paid

50% is due when the client approves, and the balance when you mark the work delivered. Both payments happen on the same link the proposal is on.

Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.

Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records

The starting terms

These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.

The booking. The deposit starts the design; the balance is due when you sign off the final files, before they are sent.
Revisions and sign off. Two revision rounds are included, then $25 a round. Check every name, date and spelling: your written sign off on each file is final, and a change after it is $25 a round, unless the error is mine.
Final numbers. Final numbers do not apply: one set of files goes to every guest.
Colour and screens. Colours vary between screens, so the files are made to read well on all, not to match one exactly.
Your photos and words. Any photo or artwork you send must be yours to use, or licensed to you; that is yours to confirm.
Your licence. I keep copyright in the design. You have a personal licence to send, post and print the files for this event only, never for resale or another event. My portfolio may show it without guest details unless you opt out.
Delivery. Files arrive by download within the time shown, counted from your wording; a reply to a revision after 2 days moves the date. A rush, when I can fit it, adds 25 percent of the price.
GST and loadings. Prices include GST where it applies. Holiday rates show above with their days, never stacked; if none is shown, none applies. Card payment adds no fee.
Date moves. One move within 12 months of the booked date keeps all paid if I am free, less costs bought at cost; else the scale runs from your request. New wording is a revision round before sign off, an updated file at $25 after.
Cannot deliver. If for any reason I cannot deliver, I offer an equal stationer you approve, or refund all paid.
Cancellation. In writing; I keep only the real loss. With 7 days notice or more before the first proof is due, all is refunded less design time at $75 an hour, hours shown, up to the deposit. With 2 to 6 days, I keep the price less what refilling the date earns and costs saved, up to the deposit. Under 2 days, or once the final files are sent, the price less refill and costs saved, such as files not yet made, never more than the payments due.
